Coconut Crockpot Chicken-- C3

My very first post on my Setting of Silver blog was coconut crockpot chicken.  C3-- or C cubed.  It is more of a template than a recipe. Chicken+Coconut milk+Tomatoes.  Cook in slow cooker for 4-6 hours on hight and 8 hours on low. You can then do whatever spices you wish.  The original recipe I read said to add cumin but that is one spice I don't like.  I usually go Italian.  I often add dehydrated onions and for sure either chopped garlic or garlic powder.
